We offer a service to our existing clients called a Post Remediation Verification. We will return to your home after the work of the remediation to evaluate the remediated areas and determine whether the work meets the verification criteria before containment is removed and the area is reconstructed. We will communicate with the remediation company if it is a pass or fail and any further steps they need to take if it does not meet our standards.

This typically includes a visual evaluation for remaining mold growth and debris, moisture readings, and air or surface sampling when appropriate.
