Nik, our inspector, was incredibly thorough, professional, and knowledgable about not only mold but even pointed out some HVAC things along the way that were missed on our regular home inspection. Nik took 2 samples from visible mold in both our primary bathroom and kitchen. Our primary bathroom mold came back as stachybotrys- the most toxic type of mold.
